The main theme for the said academic event, referring to the counterbalance to rampant misinformation, disinformation and worst malinformation, “Pagpopook ng Kasaysayan sa Hamon ng Teknolohiya at Globalisasyon.”
Included to the lineup of esteemed professors, educators and researchers from leading institutions like Ateneo De Manila, University of Santo Tomas, University of the Philippines, Philippine Normal University and De La Salle University. According to the DepEd National Capital Region Advisory No. 189 s. 2022, the main objective of the conference is to identify and curb the prevalent misinformation, misconception and distortion to history of/ in the country. Everyone is enjoined to participate, not limited to teachers, education professions and learners from elementary to Senior High School most specifically who handle Agham Panlipunan or Social Sciences subjects and courses.
Based on the invites from SAGIF, “ang seminar ang kailangan para sa ERF teacher 1-7 hanggang iba pang ranggo. Tadtad ng bigatin at de-kalibreng ispiker, international ang antas, tatlong araw, kailangan sa equivalents record form requirement, may CPD points, memo mula sa DepEd (national, regional at division) mahusay na komite, matinding pasabog.” Every month of February is the observance of National Arts month with the theme this current year “Ani ng Sining, Bunga ng Galing” based on the Presidential Proclamation no. 683 declaring the month of February as National Arts Month.
