School year 2020 is about to commence the second batch of GDCE program and I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you all neophytes.

This time, I would like our students to throw paints as they can on the canvas of their education.  I appeal to the students to value and uphold the importance of intrinsic motivation. You will have good professors in dealing with your subjects who are experts, talented and excellent in their field.

I have no doubt that as the GDCE students will immerse themselves in education they will make the most of the canvas of opportunity that are offered and they will paint the goals that they aspire as long as they remain motivated in the classroom to achieve them.  This kind of education is sound, creative and innovative and the Marinduque State College in partnership with the NCCA will help everyone to make this a reality.

I welcome you all GDCE students and I do hope you all will enjoy and excel in all the subjects administered by MSC and the NCCA.
